Indika Review

Welcome to Pixel Playground! 👾 by Alexander A Challenging Journey of Self-Discovery & Moral Dilemmas 📚️ Indika is an unforgettable game that's not for everyone, as I quickly discovered while taking on the shoes of its scorned protagonist. Set in a Russian Orthodox monastery, Indika - a nun plagued by a devilish voice - is rejected by her peers and sets out on a thought-provoking journey of self-discovery and self-loathing, questioning everything she's ever known 🤔. As you navigate through the game, you're forced to ponder deep questions like: Who determines what acts are more sinful than others? Are punishments for our sins fair? If humans are sinful, why aren't animals? Is a soul needed to experience love? And can God truly love anyone? These philosophical queries are woven throughout Indika's short adventure, which also critiques the Russian Orthodox Church and institutional religion 🏰. In simple terms, Indika is a serious game (with some quirky comedic moments) where you play as a troubled nun traveling from place to place, attempting to deliver a letter while encountering platforming challenges, clever environmental puzzles, and a thought-provoking story influenced by directors Ari Aster and Yorgos Lanthimos, as well as writers Nikolai Gogol and Mikhail Bulgakov 📝. #IndikaReview #Gaming #Philosophy #RussianOrthodoxChurch #SelfDiscovery #MoralDilemmas
