Stop me if you’ve heard this before: it’s fucked up that every year, Destiny 2 rips all of its seasonal content out of the game, never to be seen again 🚫💔. Though time has certainly numbed the pain of the removals, it still stings every year, especially when some of the stuff in Destiny 2's seasons winds up being the most enjoyable part of the game 😔. The annual tradition of yanking seasonal events and activities from the game is a real bummer for players who have come to rely on them 🤕.
As someone who's been playing Destiny 2 since its release, I've grown accustomed to the regular influx of new content that each season brings 👀. Whether it's a fresh storyline, some new strikes or raids, or just a few fun activities like the annual Haunted Forest event 🎃, there's always something to look forward to and get excited about 🎉.
But alas, Bungie's decision to remove all seasonal content after each year means that these activities are only temporary, and once they're gone, they're gone for good 🔫. It's a real shame, because some of these seasonal events have become fan favorites 😔. Take, for example, the annual Solstice of Heroes event 🌞, which always brings back fond memories of summertime fun in Destiny 2 💛.
So here's to hoping that Bungie will reconsider their approach to seasonal content and find a way to make these activities more permanent ⏰. Until then, we'll just have to appreciate them while they last 😔 #Destiny2 #SeasonalContent #GamingPains
